Flynn Theater Rules
NO FOOD NO DRINKS NO GUM NO SMOKING
Quiet at all times
Everyone – Please bring a plastic bag with your name on it. This will help with lost clothing. Do not wear make up or jewelry. Please wear your tights and leotard underneath your street clothes when you arrive.
No One is allowed backstage at any time unless you are a dancer or a specific volunteer.
Arrival for Dress Rehearsal:
Please escort your dancer to the SIDE DOOR, located on the left side of the Flynn Building at the corner of King Street and Church Street, (just past Five Spice Café). Monitors will be checking the dancers in and Monitors will be with your dancer at all times. Please pick up and check your dancer out at the times below.

NO PARKING IN THE FLYNN PARKING LOT...DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE MAIN ENTRANCE OR THE BACK DOUBLE DOOR. Please allow for any changes…
Friday Nov. 27th Nutcracker Dress Rehearsal – Flynn Theater
Please arrive at the following times:
1:15 pm - Angels for immediate costume fitting
2:00 pm - Angel rehearsal – Pick up Angels at 3:00 pm
2:30 pm - Reindeer and Clara –Pick up Reindeer at 3:30 pm
3:00 pm - Clowns -Pick up Clowns at 4:00pm
3:15 pm - 1st Act Children - Costumes Fitting- Pick up Party Children at 7:00 pm
4:15 pm - Mice and Soldiers - Costume Fitting- Pick up Mice & Soldiers at 7:00 pm
4:15 pm - Party Scene Walk Thru and Discussion
4:45 pm - Mini Mice arrive – Pick up Mini Mice at 5:45 pm.
5:00pm - Soldiers, Mice and Clara - Run Through
5:30 - 6:30 pm - Act 1 Run Through (Party Scene and Battle Scene) Pick up Party Children Fritz, Clara and Mice and Soldiers at 7:00 pm.
