Final casting/performance decisions will be made by the Ballet Mistress, Helena Sullivan. Siblings only will be placed in the same performance. Requests for specific performances will not be accepted. Your rehearsal mistress will let you know which performance your child will be in. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST SPECIFIC PERFORMANCES.

REHEARSAL/DRESS
Performing in “The Nutcracker” is a serious commitment. Therefore each child will be allowed one excused absence from rehearsals (NO EXCEPTIONS). Dress rehearsal is mandatory. In the event of a second absence, an understudy will automatically replace her/him. An unexcused absence automatically reverts the role to the understudy. Please phone 802.253.5151 or to excuse your child. Any disciplinary problems will result in dismissal.
Rehearsal will take place under the direction of HELENA SULLIVAN, Director of Stowe Dance Academy and will be held at New England Ballet Conservatory, 1920 Shelburne Rd., South Burlington, VT. Dancers should wear proper dance attire to all rehearsals with hair neatly secured in a bun (no pony tails or jewelry).
