Who will win SYTYCD?

August.11.2010

Who will it be? Lauren? Kent? Robert? OR.....ME??? Haha, just kidding! My money is on Lauren! I guess I have to cheer for the only girl in the competition. Although Robert is quite an amazing dancer, and Kent’s energy and charm with the ladies might win it for him. There’s no need to explain this to all of you. You already know who you want to win this year, and will most likely vote for your favorite!

I’m currently sitting on my couch, home alone enjoying the “Part 1” of the season finale. Tonight, my Jazz class was full of new folk, whom I thoroughly enjoyed having in class. For you slackers out there, (including Birthday girl Natalie Herwood), you better be at class tomorrow! Though, you missed some pretty sweet choreography tonight. Maybe next time…

Back to SYTYCD. We shall see who will win tomorrow! Feel free to comment on this blog and share who you think will win. Maybe we can find a prize for those who win!!

Until tomorrow around 9 pm!

PS: Happy Birthday Natalie Herwood!!!

Cousin Weekend in Chicago!

May.16.2010

My cousin Juliana came to Chicago for the weekend, which ended up being very exciting, dramatic, stressful..but FUN!! I took her to a Columbia Dance Center performance, she really got the full modern experience, and we did lots of walking around the city. We explored Navy Pier, Angels & Kings (Pete Wentz’s bar) and the main tourist attractions of Chicago! On Friday night, we went to Angels & Kings and I ended up losing my keys...a terrible mistake, which cost me wayyy too much money, caused tears, and made me have a very young life crisis! Lesson learned, don’t lose your keys in Chicago!

Happy Pesach

April.7.2010

Shabbat Shalom!

I do realize that the last night of Passover (Pesach) was April 5th, but I would like to wish everyone out there a Happy belated Pesach. I hope all my real Jewish friends missed me at Seder. I was practicing my prayers for next year/possibly Hanukkah.

With the assistance of a site called Judaism 101, I have learned more about the Jewish religion and have practiced a few songs. I’ll impress you later...as for now…

Ba-ruch a-tah A-do-nai E-lo-hei-nu Me-lech Ha-o-lam,

Say hello to my Jewish Easter bunny!
